Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

All orders are shipped from our Head office and warehouse in New Zealand and you can find approximate shipping times below. We use NZ Post to ship all orders, and at checkout you will have options of standard tracked or express shipping. We will do our best to ensure your order will arrive to you as fast possible.

  • New Zealand - Overnight with Courier Post.

  • Australia - Standard Tracked 3-6 business days with NZPost or 2-3 business days with Express.

  • Rest of world - Allow 6-10 working days.

Duty & Tax

Customs or duty charges may vary from region to region. Unfortunatly Milkman cannot predict and is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that the recipient may incur. To confirm charges for your country/state/region please contact your local customs department. That said, if you are hit up for additional charges at the border let us know and we will credit your Milkman store account to the value of any duties paid. Just send us a copy of your customs invoice to milkman@milkmanunderwear.com


Returns Policy

We want you to love what you have ordered, so if you are not happy, please let us know and we’ll do what we can to put it right. A refund will not be granted unless the item is faulty but we are more than happy to exchange for a different size or style within 30 days from purchase. Any refund will be by the same method as payment was made. For hygiene reasons please ensure you try on the underwear over your own underwear. Items will be refused for refund or exchange if damaged or soiled, this is subject to the goods being inspected at our warehouse. Do not remove any of the labels or swingtags unless you are happy with the purchase, doing so will invalidate their ability to be returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
